Semi private Pilates Props classes at Recharge Plus are guaranteed to provide a whole-body workout. All sessions blast the key areas that most women complain about, namely; core, inner thigh, outer thigh and butt! Attention is also given to the back, arms and chest and focus on the posture and pelvic floor. Recharge Plus Pilates Props classes are challenging! If clients do two of these classes a week, they will definitely tighten up. We use Pilates props such as glute bands, sliders, Pilates balls, hand weights and magic circles to really get the burn. Moans and groans are common and a great deal of satisfaction and total relaxation is felt at the end of the class. Suitable for all fitness levels. Working at your own pace and respecting your body is respected at Recharge Plus.

Yin Yoga is all about surrender, relaxation, serenity and bliss. We find the sweet spot and hold it for a period of time to give you a deep release. Beginners Yoga is more active as we transition though fundamental yoga postures. The style will depend on customer demand.

Kirsty has put together a Fat Blast Circuit style class to really get your heart rate pumping and strengthen the muscles!!! All exercises are timed with just enough rest to get you to your next round. You’ll build muscles, get the heart and lungs working and feel energised after each session. Most exercises can be performed with body weight only but the addition of some hand weights or ankle weights will take you to the edge!!
