How do I book in for Personal Training?

Arrangements for Personal Training are made on an individual basis. Contact Kirsty through the contact form on the homepage or give her a call on 0400577807.

How do I pay for Personal Training?

You are required to purchase a pre-paid 8 pack to secure your time and pay via direct bank transfer to Recharge Plus.

What is the Cancellation Policy for Personal Training?

You need to provide a minimum of 12 hours notice or you will be charged the full session price. We thank you for your understanding.

What if Recharge Plus has to cancel Personal Training?

You will be notified of any cancellations and will not be charged.

ON- DEMAND SESSIONS

How do I access a Recharge Plus On Demand class?

Recharge Plus On Demand classes can be accessed through the On Demand link in the menu or by navigating to rechargeplus.com.au/on_demand. Videos can be rented or purchased using Recharge Plus credits.

Rentals expire at midnight 7 days from the start date, and can be watched as many times as you like within that period.

Purchases are forever!

Can I refund an On Demand purchase/rental?

Yes! If you find a class too difficult or if it wasn't what you expected you have a 10 minute grace period after your first time viewing the video in which you can receive a refund.

How do I book in for Therapies?

Booking times for Therapies are made directly with Kirsty.

How do I pay for Therapies?

You have the option to purchase a pre-paid 5 or 8 pack for therapies to secure a regular time, or they can be paid for individually if it is an ad hoc arrangement. Payment is via direct bank transfer to Recharge Plus.

What is the Cancellation Policy for Therapies?
