How do I book in for Personal Training?

How do I pay for Personal Training?

You are required to purchase a pre-paid 8 pack to secure your time and pay via direct bank transfer to Recharge Plus.

What is the Cancellation Policy for Personal Training?

You need to provide a minimum of 24 hours notice or you will be charged the full session price. We thank you for your understanding.

What if Recharge Plus has to cancel Personal Training?

You will be notified of any cancellations and will not be charged.

How do I book in for Therapies?

Booking times for Therapies are made directly with Kirsty.

How do I pay for Therapies?

You have the option to purchase a pre-paid 8 pack for therapies to secure a regular time, or they can be paid for individually if it is an ad hoc arrangement. Payment is via direct bank transfer to Recharge Plus.

What is the Cancellation Policy for Therapies?

CLASSES

Do you offer classes?

In the past, Recharge Plus offered classes but we now focus on private and semi-private (If you have a reliable friend that will make a weekly commitment with you) sessions. We have invested in a lot of equipment (so are unable to fit as many people in the studio) and now specialise in offering highly tailored fitness sessions as opposed to the group format.

Do you have On Demand Classes?

We had over 200 Recharge Plus sessions available online as we ventured through Covid. These are no longer available.
