“I’ve been going to Kirsty’s classes for about 4 years and no two sessions have ever been the same! She has a wonderful ability to add plenty of variation to her Pilates Props classes, just when you think you have mastered one of her moves. Her Personal Training is always challenging, and even her Stretch classes can push the boundaries, but always make you feel better afterwards. Kirsty has managed to offer a fabulous weekly program of classes during all 6 of our lockdowns, which is a testament to her loyalty to the client, and has been so important for all of our mental health. She often adds a bit of light entertainment to take our minds off how far she is pushing us!
