Sensitive information refers to member disclosed information about physical and mental health. Such information will only be disclosed if required by law or it is necessary to protect the rights or property of Recharge Plus, or any member of the public.

  • If you are a smoker

  • Alcohol consumption

  • If you are pregnant

  • Medication use
